Rock Falls is not Zoned however we still must comply with State regulations including Shoreland Zoning, Septic systems and private wells. 

THE TOWN OF ROCK FALLS REQUIRES PERMITS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS:

NEW HOME AND CABIN CONSTRUCTION.

ADDITIONS TO EXISTING HOMES, CABINS, OR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.

ACCESSORY BUILDINGS OVER 150 SQUARE FEET.

NEW ELECTRICAL SERVICES AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE UPGRADES.

Driveway Permits are issued by the Town Board, please download the permit  and complete it and someone from the board will help you.
