Rock Falls is not Zoned however we still must comply with State regulations including Shoreland Zoning, Septic systems and private wells.

 A building permit is required and can be obtained by contacting Darin Pagel of Northwinds Inspections.

Driveway Permits are issued by the Town Board, please download the permit below and complete it and someone from the board will help you.
